Who We Are
Founded in 2007, Born2BE began in Singapore's prisons, running character-development programmes for youths. Over time, the work expanded into schools and children's homes across the island.
As relationships deepened, it became clear that many youths needed support beyond programmes alone. Some were leaving without a safe home or stable community to return to. In 2018, Our Dream Home was established to meet that need.
Today, Born2BE operates across three pillars — prevention, intervention, and restoration — supporting youths at every stage of their journey.

Our Mission
To empower and equip youth through transformative programmes and supportive relationships that help them discover their purpose, grow in character and skills, and in turn, impact and uplift others.
Our Vision
Every youth living out their purpose, reaching their fullest potential and inspiring others to do the same.

Our Story
Born2Be was founded by Eleana Ho, who has spent close to two decades mentoring and supporting youths through character-development programmes in the Reformative Training Centre in Changi Prison, Singapore Boys' Home, and various children's homes.
Driven by a vision received in 2007 to set up a home, recognising that many youths were released without stable homes or support systems. Our Dream Home (ODH) was established in 2018 to provide a safe and nurturing aftercare environment for vulnerable youths.
Born2Be seeks to restore hope, belonging, and purpose to youths facing abuse, neglect, broken relationships, homelessness, and social isolation. Through holistic support, mentoring, community, and care, our team journeys alongside youths towards healing, independence, and the fulfilment of their potential.
