Our Dream Home

Established in 2018, Our Dream Home (ODH) was created to provide stability for youths who have nowhere safe to return to. More than a shelter, it is a home — a place where young people can heal, grow, and rebuild their lives within a supportive community.

Who It Is For

ODH supports youths who:

• Have no safe home to return to

• Are transitioning from the justice system

• Have aged out of group homes

• Are experiencing unstable or unsafe family situations

What We Provide

Youths receive:

• A safe and supportive home environment

• Stability and daily support during transition

• Mentorship and relational care

• A nurturing space for healing and growth

• Support for reintegration into school, work, family, and community life

Albert completed his prison tagging during his time at ODH. He has since secured steady employment, begun saving for further studies, and lives independently. He still returns for dinner, remaining very much part of the ODH family.

"I don’t feel safe with my family, but tonight I can finally lie on my own bed at ODH, close my eyes, and truly sleep."

At 18, Chloe had spent years sharing a room with her father and brother before finding a room she could call her own at ODH.
